Range redesign and packaging systems for a fast-moving supplements brand — from shelf-ready structure to Amazon templates and marketing tooling.
Packaging.
Range redesign and pillar creation with standardised iconography.
Developed a packaging design system based on product type and benefits, to better
categorise SKUs into clear ranges. The system featured simplified icons, EFSA-compliant
benefit claims, and improved readability. I also created clear guidelines for the
artwork team to ensure consistency across all packaging when rolling out.
Instore & Shopper
The in-store range followed the same structure (below), adapted for a more shelf-friendly presentation.
Concept Design
Because the business operated with a reactive sales approach, new product development had to be turned around quickly, often following trends. This sometimes required incorporating styles that were slightly off-brand into the existing range. In this case we made a sub-brand, OverDrive, with merchandise.
Digital presence.
Custom templates for updated Amazon presence.
Created adaptable design templates with interchangeable elements, allowing the team to
quickly and easily update packshots, colours, imagery, and copy across our large product
range. Pre-rendered scenes with standardised iconography ensured visual variety, while
new layouts met Amazon requirements and improved customer readability.
Updated Enhanced Brand Content (EBC) for Amazon.
Marketing.
Standardised marketing assets across all platforms.
Designed email and social media templates to be built on Klaviyo/Mailchimp/Canva to
allow the marketing teams to create/update promotions semi-independently. I also
directed photo and video shoots to produce high quality content for campaigns for both
Meta advertising and social media content i.e. Tik Tok.
Art Direction & Video Editing
